Sales operations & procurement still do 80% of their work in emails and spreadsheets, resulting in repetitive tasks, human errors, messy processes, and lost revenue. Our AI agents will process unstructured data, automate data entry, and orchestrate tasks across the organization. We aim to reduce operating costs by 10%, reduce overstock by 20%, and increase deliverables by 30%.

We are a London-based, VC-backed startup led by two experienced co-founders (ex-Parasut Co-founder, ex-Palantir engineer).

About The Job

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by developing scalable and intuitive software solutions that address complex challenges in unstructured data processing. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team, shape the core technology stack, and have a direct impact on the product’s success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and high-performance full-stack solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build features that address real-world business needs.

• Develop APIs and backend systems to power our AI-driven workflows.

• Build and enhance responsive user interfaces to create seamless user experiences.

• Maintain robust cloud-based infrastructure to support our product’s scalability and reliability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in full-stack development and AI integration.

About You

• Ownership mentality: A strong sense of ownership and excitement to work in a startup environment.

• Problem-solving: Strong skills in problem-solving, software design, coding, and effective communication.

• Educational/Experienced background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Technical expertise: Expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, Python).

• Database proficiency: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Cloud experience: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerisations tools like Docker.

• DevOps and Agile: Understanding of DevOps and agile development methodologies.

• API knowledge: Knowledge of APIs and integrations with email or other enterprise communication platforms.

• Big data experience: Experience with building tools for knowledge management, data analytics, or big data.
